Simple Steps

  1. First up, let’s have a conversation. Just give us your contact information,
    telling us when it suits and we’ll call you.
    Or call us at your convenience on tel.+27(0)21 424 0018 (remember we are GMT+2).
    We‘ll find out precisely what you want – and give you real answers in real time.
     As well as tell you about tour availability …  and anything else you’d like to know.

  2. When you’re happy with arrangements, you simply fill in the Booking Form*  

  3. We’ll follow with an invoice, which you can pay online or off-line. 

  4. This will be for a deposit or a full payment, depending on dates.  See The Fine Print.  

  5. You’ll be notified by email once your payment has been received, and this confirmation acts as the receipt of your booking. 

  6. Before your tour starts, we’ll send you further information. And then anticipate your arrival!

* In the Booking Form we ask for more than mandatory information, such as your flight details and passport information as well as your personal preferences, dietary requirements etc., in order to prepare for airport transfers and to offer an unparalleled level of satisfaction.

ABOUT PRICES
All prices are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) – and we do not levy surcharges.

ABOUT SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS
 S/Sup indicates the supplementary charge to individual travellers who want to ensure that they have private rooms throughout a trip. These charges seem inescapable, so where possible we offer the choice between a single and a double room for sole occupancy.

We operate our Small Group tours in association with GiltEdge Travel, the 2010 winner of the World Travel Awards ”Leading luxury tour operator in South Africa”.
 They are fully accredited with SATSA (Southern Africa Tourism Services Association), ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents),  IATA (the International Air Transport Association), TRAVEL SMART CREW.
