WHERE YOU’LL STAY

In Cape Town, at The Vineyard,a 4-star urban oasis set in acres of landscaped grounds in the lush southern suburb of Newlands, with panoramic views onto the back slopes of Table Mountain, for 4 nights.
In the Winelands, at Oude Werf, in the heart of Stellenbosch, a historic hotel that blends two centuries of period and contemporary design, with a secluded inner garden and pool, as well as a tranquil, vine-covered courtyard, for 2 nights.

In the Walker Bay area near Hermanus, at Grootbos Private Nature Reserve, a 5-star eco-paradise located in the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom, and one of National Geographic’s Unique Lodges of the World, overlooking the marine sanctuary of Walker Bay, where you’ll be immersed in unique floral abundance, for 3 nights.
In the Cradle of Humankind & World Heritage Site, at the Cradle Boutique Hotel, set in a private nature reserve. Each timber and thatch ‘hip-eco’ en suite room has a private deck with a 180° view of the rolling hills and game-filled valley below, for 2 nights.

HOW WE DO THINGS
This national tour is timed at the peak of the spring flowering season when temperatures are at their most pleasant in Cape Town and during jacaranda season in Johannesburg and The Cradle.
The star* indicates gardens featured in the BBC series Around the World in 80 Gardens.

We select hotels for charm & character that are owner-managed & restaurants with seasonal fare and regional wines – wherever possible.
We seek out less travelled roads – and tread lightly wherever we go.
We dig deep into our roots to enrich your routes. Take you where you couldn’t get to by yourself. Offer you an insider’s track.

We exclude international flights which gives you the freedom to choose your route/flying class as well as to opt for any pre-or-post trip extensions.
We partner with safari specialists to show you an Africa inaccessible to all but a few.
Look over these options for a safari-of-a-lifetime, to suit your pocket and enthral your senses.
