Protection of Personal Information Policy (POPI) 

This describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you in relation to the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Cape Insights is committed to the adherence of national legislation and regulations pertaining to the safeguarding of data privacy.

We will use information (previously) provided by you to perform our services and to amongst other things, process invoices, credit notes, statements and any other document related to the services.

– All third parties who may assist us in supplying the services.
